Finance Manager

Job Description

1. Support SBU Heads in identifying the business trends and making informed decisions through needed financial analysis.
2. Manage a small team, facilitate monthly closing of accounts and ensure Integrity of Balance Sheet.
3. Support SBU Heads for Effective Cash Management.
4. Support SBU Heads in finalizing and presenting the Budgets to the Board of Directors.
5. Support SBU Heads in presenting the monthly performance reports, highlighting key performance indicators and clarifications on Budget Variations.
6. Ensure timely submission of accurate Cash Flows to Group Financial Management, continuously seeking improvement opportunities.
7. Ensure implementation of Group’s policies and procedures across the company.
8. Ensure implementation of an appropriate costing system in the company and provide analysis to SBU Heads for improving the contribution margins.
9. Ensure that Financial Management Reporting is timely, accurate and reliable to facilitate the management decisions.
10. Support SBU Head in preparing and finalizing the business plan.
11. Support the SBU Head in achieving long and short-term goals and objectives to the company.
12. Facilitate Internal Audit and work in close coordination with the Audit Department to ensure effectiveness of Internal Controls in the company.

Skills

1. Professionally Qualified
2. A minimum of 8 years commercial experience out of which minimum 5 years related managerial experience.
3. Positive attitude, analytical mind and aptitude for details.
4. Excellent Financial Reporting and Leadership skills, sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and hands on experience in a Tier one or two ERP preferably in Oracle Financials.
5. Proficiency in English Language required, and preferred in Arabic Language.
