Job Description
- Check, analyse and design new financial reports
- Create and enforce procedures to control costs
- Ensure that proper cost accounting principles and standard rates are being applied.
- Modify chart of accounts if necessary
- Audit the company's petty cash
- Bank transactions
- Check and send invoices
- Handle Return and Delivery Note
- Track the financial progress of all project's and client's balances.
- Follow up on the collection of money by means of recurrent phone calls or meetings.
- Prepare Payments of suppliers
The finance manager will be responsible of the company accountant, and has at his disposal at driver to drop and collect invoices or payments.
Skills
- Only Lebanese candidates living in Lebanon are accepted.
- Minimum 3 years in a financial type position
- Strong and outgoing personality is needed to audit the employee's cash expenses and to collect due payments from clients.
