    Job Description

     Prepare and reconcile bank statements
     Review and verify all utility bills and statement received and report any discrepancy.
     Process supplier invoices. Establish & maintain supplier accounts.
     Issue cheques for all accounts due on a timely manner
     Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered regularly into the computerized accounting system
     Ensure security for all credit cards and verify charges
     Regularly update the respective Doctors’ production and submit a consolidated report on a monthly basis
     Prepare income statements, expense reports, monthly financial statements
     Maintain financial files and records efficiently
     Reconcile the accounts payable and receivable
     Facilitate and reconcile weekly deposits
     Calculate and process employee salaries bonus and deductions. Maintain proper record and file of payroll summaries and information
     Verify, process and report on benefits payments
     Manage and control the daily petty cash for emergency purchases. Ensuring all issuance and purchases are properly accounted for.
     Monitor daily remittances and submit report to the Director
     Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

    Skills

    - Proficiency in computer applications especially in Excel and other accounting software is a must.
    - Extensive background in General Accountancy

    About This Company

    Mourany Orthodontic Center first opened its doors to the community of Al Ain in 1999 as merely an Orthodontic Clinic offering specialized services in this branch of Dentistry, occupying a small part of the British Home Store building’s upper floor in Al Muwaiji. The Managing Director, Dr. Haitham Elias Mourany, having completed intensive educational programs in the United States and board certified by the National Board of Orthodontics, U.S., American Board of Orthodontics and American Academy of Laser Dentistry, established the center in May 1999 with the ardent desire of providing high standard of oral health care to private individuals in the region.

    Since then, Mourany Orthodontic Center has steadily expanded its services to cater to the growing need of patients in the area. Committed to providing only the best in the industry, the center has progressively introduced the facility and services of dental specialists in each branch of dentistry which includes Orthodontics and TMJD Therapy, Pediatric Dentistry, Endodontics, Restorative Dentistry and Implantology. In year 2001, Mourany Orthodontic and Dental Center has become a full pledge multi-specialty dental center with a team of highly skilled professionals, who are experts in their own fields. To accommodate this development, its founder then decided to occupy a majority of the area of its original location at the British Home Store building.
    Not long after, the center has earned its good reputation for its quality service and implementation of practices compatible with the American Model of Care and Delivery Management and subsequently opened its second branch in February 2005. Bringing with him the same passion in oral care
