Job Description
Role Purpose:
The Finance Manager role is critical in ensuring strong controls, accurate and timely financial reporting and in providing business support to the General Manager. It is also a key leadership position within the finance organization, with the objective to build and promote talent.

Skills
Education: MBA Finance, CPA or equivalent
Experience: 10 years in operating finance, at least 3 years as Finance Manager
Special Skills: analytical thinking; being able to set the agenda and motivate people; accounting; treasury; tax; pro-active and self-dependant; ability to work under pressure; results oriented; assertive; problem solver
Other: Computer software (MS Office; ERP preferable, such as Great Plains, or MFG Pro)
