    Financial Analyst

    Al Foah - Al Ain, UAE


    Job Description

    Planning
     Read financial statements of Al Foah while taking into consideration the sales expense and production cost in order to advice for investment and forecast future profits of Al Foah.
     Conduct special studies to analyze complex financial actions to be able to prepare recommendations for policy, procedure and actions to Al Foah.
     Assists in the development of the budget, planning, and other corporate financial requirements to determine present and future financial performance.
     Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activity, new business planning, trended future requirements, government requirements, and operating forecasts.


    Structure of Products
     Develop and identify new capabilities and trends to improve processes according to Al Foah policies.
     Develop appropriate financial methods of evaluating and measuring production performance to maintain efficient spending.
     Evaluate complex profit plans, operating records, and financial statements.
     Direct preparation of studies, reports, and analyses in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, governmental requirements, statistical reports, cash flow projections, and business forecasts to sustain the overall profitability of the business.
     Make recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies using advanced analytical techniques to enhance the management decisions taken.
    Policies, Procedures & Internal Control
     Recommend improvements to departmental policies and procedures through continuous enhancements to the existing policies and introduction of new internal control techniques, concepts, and systems, fully utilizing the information system capabilities to ensure proper tracking of assets and accuracy and adequacy of accounting records and documentation, in line with international standards. Ensure compliance of account/transaction posting with policies and procedures.
    Continuous Improvement
     Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of accounting systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
    Reports
     Develop financial reports for management and proceeds data analysis which help in the strategy improvement.
     Research and prepare economic reports on subjects such as rate of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and impact of governmental requirements.
    Develop reports on general economic trends, corporations and entire industries to recommend good investment timings.
