Job Description
Key Tasks & Duties:
• Provide support to ZAPIA operational departments
• Maintain systems and schedules to keep all AWPR Sites well maintained to include but not limited to all facility management service areas; MEP, Building fabric maintenance, Cleaning, Civil, Drainage and Infrastructure
• Coordinate the development and implementation of procedures and systems for monitoring the delivery and performance of services site wide
• Provide and implement work plans to carry out routine, emergency and project related work with internal and outsourced teams
• Maintains all documentation including but not limited to drawings, maps specification, O& M Manuals, catalogues, reports etc. Used by the Department in facilitating the execution of the Department’s work.
• Assist in the preparation of FM soft services budget, expenditure, stock inventory items and all related financial information for the FM controls.
• Evaluates work of all services providers by comparing work quality/standards to Key Performance Indicators.
• Provide support in supervising the allocation of service provider teams sitewide and for special projects
• Prepare stock lists and procure all associated consumables materials, tools and equipments database; ensuring stock levels are adequate at all times across the AWPR premises for the delivery of required FM Services.
• Coordinates and routinely inspects and review site(s) to meet organisation Health and Safety Policy. Ensuring proper placement and functioning of all safety and security measures and requirements site wide
• Assist the Facilities Manager to prepare and monitor operating costs for sites across the AWPR real estate portfolio, including maintenance, and utility consumption, service contract costs, compliance costs etc.
• Prepare a variety of technical reports and analyses for presentation to management
Skills
• Certificate in Engineering / Building Management or related discipline
• 5 years experience in Site administration and general building maintenance
• Ability to read blueprints and project plans
• Ability to prepare general work scope and material specification
• Ability to analyse reports submitted by various internal and external personnel
• Ability to assess resource requirements to best carry out work
• Ability to use computer related software including and not limited to CAFM, Microsoft Office and other AWPR systems to facilitate the coordination of work.
• UAE Driver’s License
