Freelancer Quality Assurance Officer
Quality assurance officer fill a very important role within the training department. The incumbent works with test plans using company’s formats and templates to improve the final product and services of SDC training and development activities. The incumbent working hours are schedules according to the training schedule that SDC set and announce and that is to be confirmed with the head of training department.
Key Result Areas:
Evaluate plan of execution of each training course prior, during and after the training activity.
Report on daily, weekly, monthly basis the results to the department Manager.
Set and improves the test plan, criteria and assessment tools or creates new test plans. Creating assessment plans include reviewing the elements of the training course function and matching assessment data to that required SDC standard to achieve target results.
Utilize soft ware automation tools and rational tools to ensure proper software operation and performance related to the training department activities. In addition utilizing electronic testing design, web based tools.
Review requirements, specifications, functions, performance, reliability, usability, testability, effectiveness, meeting needs and security of each training program that we run in SDC.
Analyze quality assurance metrics and track defects, defect counts, test results.
Present results and provide suggestions to improve, change or develop training programs
Assists in creating online documentation and manuals and application and assessment of candidates.
Investigate problems involving internal and external issues. The incumbent isolates these problems, recommend solutions and work with the software engineers to correct the issue. Track these problems and verify their correction.
Check all training venue and ensure quality of the training room preparation, technical, temperature and that it is fully equipped and this task should be accomplished 1 hr prior to starting each course.
Present weekly report in writing about progress of each area and the defined criteria of each training course.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration / Quality Management/Communication/ Sociology
