General Manager - Corporate Relations

Job Description

He/She will be responsible for student job placements and corporate training. He/she will have program wise/cohort wise targets and will be assisted by an existing two member team.

Responsibilites:
•Act as the designated lead for the organization with the corporate world in the Middle East.
•Create and maintain strong relationships and alliances with key institution contacts
•Identify and develop the most appropriate and greatest ROI sourcing approaches to ensure that the school places graduate candidates into openings
•Develop general and targeted on-campus programs and activities to build brand amongst employers
•Partner with the HR Business Partner and Hiring Manager on the verbal offer to selected candidates
•Administer the written offer letter and on boarding requirements. Inform unsuccessful external candidates verbally
•Grow both programs and benchmarks to gain competitive advantage over other schools for placements
•Establish good working relationships with assigned HR Business Partners, hiring managers, outside agencies, and or associations
•Prioritize sourcing assignments, program elements, and travel schedules that result in the most in the most productive use of time and resources at lowest cost
•Review and responds to all incoming JD’S and requests in a timely and appropriate manner. Complete all assigned and ad hoc reports and keeps all records and files accurate and up-to-date
•Complete special projects and reports, as assigned, in a timely manner

Skills

The candidate must be an MBA or equivalent coupled with excellent communication and selling skills and should have minimum 6 to 8 years experience with a proven track record of in the Gulf region. Candidate must be in U.A..E to apply.
