    Job Description

    Manage all phases of Club operations to ensure meeting sales and profitability targets through focusing on key business initiatives, club presentation and facility management, marketing execution, inventory management, customer service, loss prevention, payroll management, risk management, and daily operational cost control. Manage the relationships between the Club and its Director, Operator, members, guests, corporate groups, employees, community, government, suppliers, partners and industry. Coordinate and administer the Club's policies as defined by its Director and Operator. Develop and enforce operating policies and procedures for all department managers including talent management and development. Implement and monitor the budget, monitor the quality of the Club's products and services and ensure maximum member and guest satisfaction.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Implement general policies established by the Directors and Operator direct their administration and execution. Plan, develop and approve specific operational policies, programs, procedures and methods in concert with general policies. Coordinate the development of the Club's long range and annual (business) plans. Establish a basic personnel policy initiate and monitor policies relating to personnel actions and training and professional development programs. Attend conferences, exhibitions, workshops and meetings to keep abreast of current information and developments in the field. Supervise the hosting and organization of international events and running of academies Welcome new Club members "meet and greet" Club members as practical during their visits to the Club. Liaise with public visitors, tourism groups and corporate groups. Coordinate the marketing relations programs to promote the Club's services and facilities to potential and present members, corporate clients and public visitors. Ensure the highest standards for food, beverage, sports and recreation, entertainment and other Club services. Achieve sales and customer satisfaction standards and goals by maximizing the member's experience and the Club's revenue. Analyze financial statements, manage cash flow and establish controls to safeguard funds. Review income and costs relative to goals take corrective action as necessary. Work with subordinate department heads to schedule, supervise and direct the work of all employees. Responsible for comprehensive development of staff members. This includes hiring, counselling, training, disciplinary action, and supervision of daily assignments. Identify system dysfunctions and work to resolve dysfunctions in a timely fashion. Effectively manage employee turnover. Provide a positive working environment and handle employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner. Establish and maintain effective relationships with all staff, the membership population, and the public. Promote teamwork and cooperative effort. Promote the highest level of customer service at all levels. Participate in outside activities that are judged as appropriate and approved by the Director and Operator to enhance the prestige of the club broaden the scope of the club's operation by fulfilling the public obligations of the club as a participating member of the community. Undertake any other duties assigned by the Company or assigned by such person nominated by the Company including the management and operation of the Club.
