The Group Recruitment Manager is responsible to define strategies for building and maintaining a diverse talent pipeline. The Group Recruitment Manager will drive the day-to-day Diversity Recruitment function and execute AMS hiring strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Implements recruitment and staffing strategies that support business objectives, improve employee and business performance, and gain a return on investment for the business.
• Provides guidance and direction to all aspects of the recruitment process including: job requisition design, sourcing, screening, pre-employment checks, compliance, offers of employment, and on-boarding.
• Monitors and researches International Labour Law practices and advises the Group HR Manager on the possible operational implications thereof.
• Develop a database and in-house expertise on international recruitment markets to include data such as salary/wage ranges, potential talent pools, nationality profiles, etc.
• Ensures hiring needs of the departments/divisions/business units are met with quality hires in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Leads subordinates in the design and implementation of strategies for developing and sourcing talent to support current and future staffing needs.
• Establishes, monitors, and reports recruitment metrics that drive optimal staffing performance.
• Collaborates with Recruitment team and other departments to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting tools and processes.
• Performs in-depth analysis of recruiting strategies, identifies trends in the field, and provides recommendations for improving recruiting processes, as well as employee satisfaction, performance, and retention.
• Develops and maintains relationships with employment agencies, search firms, and other recruiters.
• Provides direct supervision and leadership to Recruitment Administrator and Recruitment Managers.
• Ensures the department's policies and procedures are compliant with Company's policies and legal guidelines.
• Coaches management on effective recruitment and interviewing practices and facilitates interview training if required.
Skills
Requirements:
• Must have 5 - 9 years’ recruiting experience within the International arena.
• Able to define and execute comprehensive diversity recruiting strategy.
• Must possess a mature and conscientious approach to work.
• High level of computer literacy is required.
• Proven leadership skills in a diverse and multi-cultural environment.
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deal tactfully with difficult situations.
• Be in possession of a clean criminal record and credit record.
• Be in possession of a valid passport.
• Be prepared to travel and work in post conflict environments.
