The Brand:
Pei Wei Asian Diner is a workplace just outside your usual routine.  We're looking for people interested in exploring the foreign yet familiar.  With menu items from five Asian cultures and a vibrant working environment, Pei Wei is just East of Usual'  Now hiring for dedicated, adventurous individuals for New Stores Openings.

The Role:
- Head Chef are responsible for the complete operation of the kitchen, which include, but are not limited to:
- Purchasing, receiving, preparing and presenting of food in a timely manner according to current established recipes and procedures
- Maintaining high food standards, safe food handling and maintain all food and labor costs
- Ensuring the safety of all employees
- Training, developing and evaluating all BOH staff

Skills

- Three (3) or more years management experience
- New restaurant opening and training experience is preferred
- Must commit to 18 weeks of US based training
