Responsible for ensuring the development of appropriate Training through follow up
Responsible for Developing Comp & Ben Strategies
Responsible for Recruitment, ensures that behavioural based interviewing is conducted properly to focus on hiring quality people versus quantity.
Safety, Security& local legislations & authorities (social insurance, labour office).
Develop the culture related in the area of Safety & Security.
Responsible for the Implementation of HR Globe best practises across the Company through supervision on direct reports: Data standardization, Follow up the reduction of team members’ annual leave balance as in the preset annual target.
Proactively control the expenses to control the HR budget.
Follow up the reports to be submitted to labour office & social insurance through supervision on direct reports.
