    Job Description

    Job Objective:
    • To facilitate, organize, and supervise Kindergarten teachers’ work
    • To mange and organize administrative work in the department
    Job Duties:

    • Attend classes and suggest possible changes that teachers might adopt to improve their classroom performance and maintain discipline inside classes.
    • Establish a relationship between kindergarten department and parents
    • Supervise kindergarten events (Open days, Gala Evenings, …etc)
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Organize weekly meetings to discuss any hindrances teachers might come across
    • Follow up students performance and give a direct feedback related to students’ progress
    • Assist teachers in their daily work
    • Follow up on weekly lesson plans presented by the teachers
    • Share with teachers all ideas that reflect a positive image of their work
    • Carry teachers’ concerns to the principal and try to help diminish them
    • Monitor and follow up weak students in each class, discuss individual student problems and suggest solutions to such problems
    • Keep the principal informed of administrative and instruction performance in the department
    • Follow up on teachers’ daily absence
    • Evaluate Kindergarten teachers' with regard to their punctuality. Tardiness and absence.
    • Inform HR Department with any shortage in the staff members
    Qualifications of Job Holder:
    • Knowledge of the curricula
    • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
    • Ability to communicate effectively
    • Minimum of Bachelor degree

    Skills

    *Fluency in spoken and written English is a must for all vacancies
    *Minimum of five - year experience in the same field is a must
