Job Description

Management of all warehousing facilities and logistics teams across the Saudi Arabia, the key accountabilities of this role are to ensure that adequate storage is available across all facilities, whilst using the minimum of space but with maximum accessibility, for all production materials and finished goods. You will also be responsible for delivery optimization and the efficiency of distribution routes, human resources, cost and on-time delivery and coordination of all in-bound and out-bound movements of stock

Skills

• 10-12 years Warehousing & Logistics experience in a FMCG, out of which 5 years’ experience in similar position in MNC in Middle East.
• Minimum 5 years Retail Logistics experience in the FMCG industry in Saudi.
• Strong knowledge or FMCG warehousing/logistics operations, distribution, stock inventory, shipping methods and procedures.
• Experience in managing a 3PL
• Excellent planning skills, financial and business acumen
• Excellent computer skills and project management
• Demonstrate a high level experience in inventory management skills
• Ability to lead and develop high performing teams
• Ability to initiate and implement new approaches and procedures, to set robust plans in advance, to initiate implementation steps
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic is must.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in ERP, preferable SAP.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented fast pace-driven environment.
• Strong Leader with proven people management skills

Education

MBA Degree in a related subject (Supply Chain, Logistics etc).
