Job Description

German engineering company specializing in energy management and turnkey hybrid energy systems delivering energy efficiency and clean power solutions to telecommunications and other industry customers as well as complete renewable energy laboratories and training systems to Universities and Institutes.
Working within Kuwait, the Country Manager is the primer contact for the various business partners in Kuwait and the Hub to the Headquarter in Germany. In this role the country manager is responsible to develop and drive the business of Heliocentris in Kuwait. This includes the definition and management of the budgets, the development and implementation of commercial roll-out projects including technical solutions management and the development and execution of the sales strategies for Kuwait as well as selective adjacent opportunities in the Region.
The candidate will have a proven track record in developing and self-sufficiently leading business opportunities with a solid technical background as well as building up and managing teams including Sales, Project Managers and Customer Solution Engineers. Understanding the needs of the Customers and mapping them to the offering and capabilities of the mother company to create successful commercial business is a must.
The candidate will be an excellent communicator and adept at building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally. A solid understanding of the Kuwait market is required, along with exceptional sales and negotiation skills and a background within energy products is preferred. All training will be given at the German Head office and support provided through the Dubai office.

Skills

Must have at least 3 years of experience
Must be fluent in both Arabic & English
This role will be extremely competitive, and the requirements below are not flexible.
Must be based in Kuwait.
Must be able to travel especially to Germany and the GCC.
