Help Desk Analyst and Service Management
Skills
1- Bachelor Degree in computer science, IT or related field.
2- Three Years experience in help desk / Service management and one year experience and well knoweledge in ITIL.
3-Expertise with windows 2003/2008 servers,
4- Expert windows networking :DNS, DHCP.
5- familiarity with Active directory, IIS 6.0, 7.0, print Server management.
6- One year + in call center is preferred
