    Highway Design Engineer

    Job Description

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Responsible for geometric design of highways. Completes a wide variety of transportation engineering assignments.
    Applying engineering techniques and analyzes to the preparation of conceptual, preliminary and final roadway and interchange design.
    Complete variety of assignments such as drawings, specifications, and other materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes.

    Skills

    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with 3 - 5 years of experience in designing of urban and rural expressways, interchanges.
    Should be familiar with AASHTO codes.
    Must have working knowledge in Microstation, AutoCAD, Inroads, MX Road and other highway design software.
    Prior Gulf experience would be a plus.
