Job Description

-Supervision of 9 Housing staff, including caretaker, driver and 7 cleaners

Reporting To:
-Service Manager Facilities

Location:
-Facilities Department - Shuwaikh
-Various company accommodation around Kuwait
-Responsible for the housing of up to 555 staff over 4 locations in Kuwait
-Liaise with occupants regarding issues and concerns
-Undertake basic maintenance work and scheduling preventative maintenance jobs
-Coordination with maintenance team for more complex work
-Manage vacant beds to achieve desired occupancy levels
-Daily upkeep of Housing Database and production of monthly charging data for Service Manager
-Implement Housing Policies and Procedures
-Monthly monitoring of cleaning standards
-Liaising with the building owners/owner’s representative/contractors
-Handling and tracking of petty cash and expenses for budget purposes
-Assisting Service Manager with ad hoc tasks as and when required

Skills

-Strong understanding and working knowledge of maintenance jobs
-Good communicator at all levels
-Flexible attitude to work
-Assertive
-Able to work on own initiative
-Arabic skills desirable
-Good working knowledge of Word/Excel packages
-Kuwait Driving Licence essential
-Own vehicle essential
