Employee’s Responsibilities
• To manage and coordinate the recruitment of staff of the future LJIGF Company, including the detailed definition and implementation of LJIGF’s overall recruitment program, its Saudisation and Training plan and on-boarding of expatriates;
• To implement Linde Group HR and Administration standards, systems, processes and procedures into LJIGF;
• To manage the ongoing HR and Administration processes including performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, etc. within LJIGF;
• Depending on the experience and performance of the successful candidate, the position offers the possibility to be expanded to include HR responsibilities for other Linde subsidiaries in the Kingdom, or even in the GCC;
• The position reports directly to the corporate Region Eastern Europe and Middle East (REE) HR director located in the HQ in Munich, with a dashed reporting line also to the LJIGF GM;
• IN the LJIGF context, the position is envisaged to eventually have two direct reports, namely a GRO and an Administrative assistant;
• The position will initially be located in Al Khobar, but likely transfer to Jubail Industrial City in 2013;

Skills
• A minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources administration and management;
• Specifically, exposure to recruitment and manpower planning to ensure that the organization is able to attract, develop and retain a capable workforce that will achieve company’s corporate values, targets and objectives;
• Experience in the definition and implementation of Saudization staffing, training and development plans is a bonus;
• Implementation of HR management systems, tools and processes in a newly formed organization, all based on corporate guidelines and practices;
• Exposure to implementing and supervising the performance management cycle within an organization;
• Exposure to governmental and regulatory authority management;
• Ability to independently manage and organize self, deliver effective results and meet tight deadlines and targets;
• Ability to motivate and empower others to reach organizational goals;
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic;
• Proficiency in MS Office suite of software tools;
Education
Diploma or bachelor degree in Human Resource Management;

About This Company
• Linde Jubail Industrial Gases Factory (LJIGF) is a newly established, Saudi LLC, and a subsidiary of Linde AG, the Industrial Gases and Engineering major with headquarters in Munich, Germany;
• Over a period of at least 20 years LJIGF will supply Sadara Chemicals Company, the JV company between Saudi Aramco and The Dow Chemical Company, with Hydrogen, Carbon Monoxide and Ammonia ‘over-the-fence’;
• Accordingly, LJIGF will build, own and operate world-scale Industrial Gases production facilities in Jubail 2 with an investment value of circa 380 M USD;
• Next to establishing the physical asset, by 2015 LJIGF has to recruit a workforce of circa 40 - 50 employees, including operators, engineers, technicians and administrative staff;
• A Linde Group - compliant business administration framework has to be established and implemented within LJIGF.
