    Job Description

    PRIMARY FUNCTION

    Working in conjunction with Energy Services Regional HRBP, HR County/Cluster Leadership the HR Business Partner is responsible for all HR related issues in connection to Energy Services business in Saudi Arabia. This role will be responsible for recruitment, development & training, and support Energy Business. The position reports to HR Management of the Service Div platform in Saudi Arabia (ISCOSA Management).

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. To assist in the development and maintenance of an ongoing effective BU HR strategy which meets the needs of the Region and drives forward improved business results and specific projects of E S SF business in the country.
    2. Work with individual members of BU's management team and their line managers to effectively implement HR business strategies and evaluate progress.
    3. Responsible to lead and support the implementation and management of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment for E S SF Business in the country.
    4. Effectively collaborate with HR Management team in Talent Acquisition and all Siemens HR functional centers in Saudi Arabia including HR delegation team.
    5. Coordinate with applicable HR Cluster/Management team, all training and development as required for personnel.
    6. Ensure competitive compensation/benefit packages as required to attract local talent and also any required retention practices as needed for business sustainability.

    Skills

    EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT

    • Excellent command of both written and spoken English language
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
    • Deep knowledge of and proven track record of successful recruitment in Energy and/or Industry. Comprehensive understanding of the labor trends affecting the Middle East.
    • Experience in working in a corporate multi-cultural environment.
    • Experience in dealing with high volume recruitment.
    • Strong Negotiation, Influencing and Sales Skills.
    • Strong Communication Skills.
    • Strong Presentation Skills
    • Arabic Language is an advantage.
