a) Responsible for Employees affairs
b) Responsible for all staff recruitment.
c) To maintain monthly staff training schedules and attendance
d) To maintain the timesheet for the employees
e) Follow up staff evaluations (Quarterly)
f) Follow up staff problems and propose remedies
g) Implement Company Quality Management System
h) Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Human Resources
i) Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.
j) Ensure activities meet with and integrate with company requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
k) Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
a) Degree/Diploma in HRM
b) 3 years experience in HR field
d) Must have a great enthusiastic and caring attitude
e) Confidentiality of the highest standard is required
f) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
g) Excellent organization and time management skills
h) Excellent listening skills
i) Ability to learn quickly and be flexible and adaptable
j) Empowered to make decisions and possess good judgment
k) Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
l) Spoken and written English.
m) PC Literacy.
