Job Description
We are working with a successful organisation who have recently completed a large acquisition. They have a nationwide network of sites and a headcount of c2000.
The role will report into the CEO and will work alongside the senior management team who are all passionate about their industry and all have achieved high levels of success with this and other brand organisations.
The current HR function is already operating to a high standard and have created a trusted and respected function within the organisation, but now they need to take that next step to drive forward a strategic HR function. Within the next 12 months they are looking at implementing a talent management program, a leadership development program and a commutation strategy incorporating their brand program.
The successful candidate will have recent and extensive knowledge within recruitment and talent management ideally within a successful commercial brand organisation.
