    HR Manager

    Job Description

    You will be able to write such a Post better than anyone else and attract as well as retain the best talent out there!

    As an HR manager, you shall guide and manage the overall provision of HR services, policies, and programs for our growing organization and shall report to the GM.

    Your responsibilities shall include:

    recruiting, staffing and succession planning;
    organizational development;
    performance management;
    employment and compliance;
    employee orientation, development, needs assessment, and training;
    policy development and documentation;
    employee relations;
    compensation and benefits administration;
    employee safety and health;
    employee counseling.

    You shall originate and lead HR practices and objectives that cultivate an employee-oriented; high performance culture emphasizing quality, productivity, and high standards.

    You shall take responsibility for the implementation and evolution of incentive plans to support the achievement of the organization's business goals.

    You will recommend and standardize transparent employee benefits scales aimed at satisfaction and retention while cost effective.

    Your responsibilities include as well compliance with all existing governmental labor laws and liaising with our international partners to align our HR practices and packages with their guidelines.

    Implementation of employee contracts, social security, payroll, attendance and leaves as well as medical insurance shall be among your direct responsibilities.

    As the organization is growing you are ultimately the one entrusted with maintaining and cultivating a healthy, productive and fun environment for recruitment and retention of the sharpest talent which adheres to the organization's values of an honest work ethic, passion for excellence and humble confidence.

    Skills

    Brilliant communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills.

    Charismatic, natural and down to earth leader with exceptional persuasion abilities.

    Team player.

    A minimum of five years of advancing leadership experience in Human Resources positions in a reputable preferably multinational organization.

    Well versed in employment law, social security law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development and training.

    Affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement, preferred.

    Fluent in English, Arabic and MS Office.
