    Job Description

    Maintain a proper staff personal filing system and ensure it’s in line with the office procedures.
    Liaise with government relations on all staff residence and visa related matters.
    Assist for any recruitment requests in drafting JD’s, allocating suitable CV’s and conduct the first level interview
    Meet new joiners and introduce the office procedures and to colleagues.
    Able to communicate well with all levels of people
    Developing HR planning strategies with line manager.

    Skills

    Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent
    Good knowledge of Oracle HRMS
    Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
    Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and strong Internet skills
    Self- motivated, team player, high attention to accuracy and pays attention to details
