    Human Resource & Administration Officer

    Job Description

    1 Administers various human resources plans & procedures; assists in implementation of personnel policies and procedures; maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
    2 Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
    3 Conducts recruitment effort for all personnel; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career progression program.
    4 Maintains company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation. Complete salary survey questionnaires. Maintains organization charts and employee directory.
    5 Administers compensation program; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary. Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs.
    6 Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, processing invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees.
    7 Facilitates and/or provides training to the workforce. Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.
    8 Represents management in investigating and settling grievances, by arranging grievance hearings between personnel, supervisor and the Management.
    9 Conducts exit interviews and analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
    10 Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.
    11 Perform a variety of tasks within the general scope of the job and others that may be assigned by the management.
    12 Perform administration duties related to the company.

    Skills

    - Excellent command over English and Arabic language (Written & Verbal)
    - Should have the knowledge of Kuwaiti Labor Law and the administrative procedures for employees and company related matters.
    - Knowledge MS Office applications, should be well versed in word, excel and power point.

    Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Human Resource/Administration
