Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have.
Conduct telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interview.
prepare letters like offer, confirmation and contracts.
Engage with employees on regular basis to understand the motivation level of people in the organization.
Prepare pay roll, reports and statics for management.
Bachelor degree in related area.
4 years experience in related position.
good command in English.
Qualified in use of computer related programs.
Communicates clearly and concisely with all level of people.
Build and maintain effective working relationship both internally and with external bodies and suppliers.
