Job Description

The Country Human Resources manager initiates and leads HR practices, policies, procedures and objectives that create an employee-oriented High performance culture that emphasises empowerment, productivity and goal attainment

This includes responsibility for the recruitment and ongoing development of a talented, superior workforce.

Skills

The ideal candidate will be:

- A self-starter, highly motivated and a team player with 10 years experience of progressive HR leadership

- Fully conversant with local employment laws, compensation & benefits programmes, organisational development, employee relations, employee training and health and safety programmes

- Possess the superior communication, interpersonal and coaching skills required to lead effectively in a multi-national, multi-cultural international business environment.

- Fluency in Arabic and English languages is a pre-requisite (oral and written)

Preference will be given to applications from Saudi Nationals
