Job Description
Responsible for the management function and strategic direction of the Human Resource department of a Saudi Arabian trading organisation with over 1000 employees. Key areas of focus are administration and development.
Candidates may be male of female but must be able to demonstrate several years of success in a similar role with a similar sized, preferably international organisation.
Skills
Suitable professional qualifications should underpin a track record of success in personnel administration while being able to demonstrate effective knowldge of organisation, change management and human development processes.
Candidates must be fluent in both Arabic and English with a good understanding of Saudi Arabian labour regulations, Government departments and their various requirements.
Due focus needs to be applied to driving a more effective and supportive HR function by enhancing the career opportunities to Saudi Arabian nationals within the organisation
The successful candidate will be an energetic team player with excellent communication skills and a skilled diplomat, capable and pragmatic enough to be effective when faced with resistance to change.
Education
