Job Description

Oversees the preventive and corrective maintenance of the airport HVAC & Fluid systems with a view to ensuring continuous functionality in coordination with client departments and ensuring a top safety level.
Inspects the functionality of equipment and installations under his responsibility.
Supervises the inspection of installation in his charge to evaluate the Contractor's performance in operation & maintenance.
Initiates proposals for corrective action on deficiencies in existing facilities in the field.
Prepares and updates the annual preventive maintenance schedule and oversees its implementation.
Oversees the realization of the preventive maintenance of systems under his responsibility.
Oversees the implementation of airport operations and safety instructions.
Supervises and reports on work progress outsourced by the company.
Carries out coordination of work in progress with concerned services and ensures that work is carried out on schedule and ensures the functioning state of equipment likely to jeopardize safety.
Control the spare parts and material consumption.
Evaluates objectively the performances of realized works and reports the measured Key performances.
Prepares the annual preventive maintenance schedule and oversees its implementation.
Oversees and carries out preventive maintenance of equipment under his responsibility.
Evaluates the performances of the personnel under his supervision, trains and coaches them.
