Job Description

Mission Statement
The Supervisor title is given to experienced technical staffs who have demonstrated their capability to work independently on site erection and commissioning activities. Supervisors lead erection teams and report to the responsible Project in Charge. Supervisors shall work alongside the technicians and erection personnel.

Main Accountabilities
 Report to Project in Charge or appointed Engineer concerning all erection and construction related issues.
 Generate bill of quantity (BOQ) for equipments.
 Capability to read and understand the hardwired engineering drawings.
 Assist engineers in preparation of the updated site corrections in engineering documents for as-built preparations.
 Coordination with client for inspection and approval of erection and commissioning works.
 Coordination of erection related issues with the Project In Charge
 Report to Site Manager or Project in Charge concerning all incidents at site immediately
 Follow all instructions given by Site Safety Officer
 Follow company Health & Safety rules in their projects and to report all breaches of company Health & Safety within their field of responsibility.
 Maintain strict confidence concerning all confidential information give by company to protect company property
 Strict compliance with company Compliance and Ethic Guidelines
 To maintain company and Customer property given to the employee (e.g. cars, mobiles, tools etc.) at all times in good condition and report immediately any defect or damage
 To coordinate and report any personnel related issues and problems with HR department
