Indoor Retail Saleswoman (Healthcare products)

Job Description

•Responsible for the sales of Health World products
•Maintain records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, closed sales and follow up activities.
•Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
•Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals (doctors and other professionals)
•Demonstrate technical skills and produce knowledge
•Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics and insures that they are implemented
•Develop and maintain database of qualified leads through referrals, face to face clients, direct mail, email and networking
•Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
•Recognize and monitor security issues
•Process repair or alteration of merchandise
•Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
•Provide change and receipts
•Count money, sort charge slips and balance monies
•Maintain records related to sales.
•Inventory stock and requisition new stock; arrange and display merchandise
•Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
•Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
•Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires (find out customer’s needs)
•Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
•Describe merchandise; explain use and operation to customers.
•Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options
•Help customers try on or fit merchandise
•Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items.
•Prepare merchandise for purchase or rental.
•Bag or package purchases, and wrap gifts.
•Clean shelves, counters, and tables.
