Indoor Sales Team leader/Supervisor

-Control over sales team, provide feedback (products and sales), training, and submit sales reports on weekly basis to store manager.
-Bring positivity through sales agents and help building the team.
-Apply sales objectives and follow procedure in line with agreed business plan.
-Achieve weekly/monthly targets (personal & team).
- English is must, Arabic is a plus.
- Leadership, abiliy to motivate others beside being self motivated.
- Creative in communicating & socializing.
- Manageial level skills; reporting, solving issues, dealing with different mentalities, issues and situations.
