Job Description

■ Developing innovation strategies and targets

■ Develop and run innovation projects through close cooperation
and coordination between Product Manager and R&D in order
to improve speed and quality of the Innovation process.

■ Create proposals for new ideas and new products and assess
their impact on the strategy at global level.

■ Manage Executive Innovation Board meetings

■ Conduct post-launch assessment for newly implemented
products and services to ensure that Marketing and R&D
resources are effectively managed to the benefit of the
innovation projects and that sales of new products is line with
the targets

■ Coordinate the technology projects development in
partnership with the R&D Director

Skills

■ Powder Coatings market knowledge is an advantage

■ Knowledge of technology developments and trends in the field
of surface coatings is an advantage

■ Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts
responsibility for the results.

■ Identifies and seizes commercial opportunities; has a strong
positive impact on business growth and profitability.

■ Builds a useful network of contacts and relationships and
utilizes it to achieve objectives.

■ Uses a methodical and systematic approach;plans ahead,

■ Demonstrates specialist knowledge and expertise in own

Education

■ Bachelors/Masters Degree within Chemistry and/or Marketing subjects
