    Job Description

    -Audit and manage compliance regulations with Capital Market Authority, Kuwait Stock Exchange, Ministry of Commerce, and Ministry of Finance;
    -Responsible to develop and execute the annual audit plan and developing procedures, schedules, priorities and programs for achieving the board’s objectives;
    - Plan, schedule and execute audit processes, prepare audit report and executive summary;
    -Revise policies and procedures for the compliance program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct;
    -Liaise with other departments to direct compliance & audit issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution;
    -Respond to government investigations and queries as the principal point of contact;
    -Develop training to ensure that all employees and management are aware of the rules & regulations;
    -Investigate and act on matters related to compliance, including designing and coordinating internal investigations.
    -Liaise with Finance Department in order to provide financial projections for expected losses;
    -Monitor unusual & suspected transactions & its escalation;
    -Prepare Entities Register and list of authorized signatories and update them on regular basis. Entities shall mean the Company, the Group, affiliates, subsidiaries and SPVs;
    -Build and maintain database for documents and information for Entities;
    -Provide recommendations to improve operating efficiency and internal controls.
