- Ensure workers have the skill and knowledge to carry their work.
- Lead and motivate and grow additional programm to maintain high quality of education
- Assess training effectiveness and introduce improvements.
- Plan & schedule training courses to meet school need
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Management,
- Technical background using .NET technology is a bonus
- Have at least 5 years experience in training and development.
- Knowledge of Arabic and English languages.
- Excellent communication skills
