Job Description
1. Communicating
Meet and greet persons entering the company in a professional/pleasant way to represent the company.
Deal with queries from the public and customers by answering their quires and directing them to the right people.
2. Planning and organizing
Arrange and organize meetings; meeting rooms, stationeries, catering, agenda, etc... by helping the meeting organizer in a timely manner.
3. Managing information and general administration support:
Maintain daily log for all the calls including time, the name of the person calling and the company in the SharePoint.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to all departments when asked.
Prepare letters, documents and memos when asked and approved by line manager or HRD.
Help in photocopying, scanning and faxing when asked to provide administrative support.
4. Monitoring and reporting
Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of the company in QSTP Tech 1.
Managing trips daily ops by reviewing the income emails to trips mail account.
Receive, sort ingoing/outgoing mail and deliveries, take and relay messages for all Qatar offices.
5. Quality control
Compiling records of office activities in QSTP Tech 1 office on a daily basis and keep record in SharePoint.
