Job Description

Our client, a leading Money-Management company in Bahrain is recruiting for Investment Analyst - Financial Services Dept. to be based in Bahrain Requirement Collection and analysis of data on private equity markets, firms, and underlying portfolio investments. Reviewing offering memoranda, industry periodicals and tracking information. Conduct comprehensive due diligence analysis of private equity deals and other investment opportunities. Preparation of ongoing portfolio performance and updates. Preparation and writing of investment memoranda and investment recommendations. Analysis of historical investment performance, portfolio company performance, and financial statements. Negotiation of commercial terms and conditions. Liaising with legal advisors and other parties to complete the investment process and documentation.

Skills

Skills Qualifications o Undergraduate degree (in Finance Investments) o Professional Qualification - CFA, CPA preferred MBA in finance preferred 5+ years of investment exposures in various related areas. Strong communication and presentation skills ability to work in team environment Ability to deliver results in a timely and accurate manner Must be fluent in English and working knowledge of Arabic is preferable Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
