We are seeking a candidate to fill the position of a supervisor for the team in Jordan.

You are responsible for the productivity and results of the field team, the excellence in execution of coverage plans and the quality of reports collected.

To ensure medical representatives produce calls of the highest possible quality you must maintain a motivated, effective and knowledgeable field force.

You shall also be able to build a bridge between management expectations and field force needs while seeking to ensure customer satisfaction through the highest professional and compliance standards.

Ultimately, you shall be able to drive a competitive winning team that exceeds the goals to contribute to enduring, healthy and profitable growth of the organization.

Skills

A minimum of 3 years experience in a multinational pharma company with a clear record of success and distinctive achievement.
Experience in IVF, oncology, endocrinology and/or neurology specialties will be a major asset.
Fluency in English language. Fluency in French will be an added advantage.
Competitive and passionate for success.
Superb communication and negotiation skills.
Exceptional leadership qualities and ability to motivate team.
Ability to follow instructions to the letter.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, achieve results, work without supervision and work under pressure.
Excellent computing skills.
