Job Description

Deploying all MIS tasks for our stock system starting from;
Posting of sales for all Branches
Entering new items
Applying cost changes
Open or cancel items
Applying sales Returns
Opening And Adding Vendors
Changing of Department, Description and Factor of items
POS Dumping
Ensures that all POS machines are working fine and fix any problems with it.
Maintaining all computer and point of Sales in terms of Hardware and software.
Installing and configuring our in house system for oracle stock system for all users.
Performing regular computer maintenance, program updates, repairs, and trouble shooting as needed.
Configuring and maintaining Digital Scales used by Fresh Sections.
Add and update Users (cashiers) to the POS controller.
Checks the status POS controller and backups.
Maintaining all computer and point of Sales in terms of Hardware and software.
Install new promotion to POS Controleers if there is any promotion.
Download and Install Anti-virus Updates for all user
Configuring, maintaining, and administering all network printers, netwrok wiring, fax machines and related items.
Monitor Quantity of scale labels, Cashier Rolls and barcode rolls and make an order as needed.

Skills

Strong communcation skills, both written and verbal.
Requires excellent computer skills.
Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations.

Education

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
