Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Maintaining and administrating the domain environment
2003 (consist of 2 domains).
• Maintaining and administrating Microsoft exchange server
2003.
• Maintaining and administrating S.Q.L Server 2000, 2005,
applying updates and patches needed for operation.
• Establish and administrating stable LAN infrastructure.
• Providing day to day help desk for windows users.
• Providing day to day help desk for SAMS, CRM, HR,
Accounting and all software needed for operation.
• Monitoring the internet usage and configuring all firewalls,
routers and servers needed for that purpose.
• Running all hardware and software maintenance for
desktops and notebooks needed in head office.
• Running the maintenance and new installations for the
telephone systems and all related equipments.
• Maintaining all backup schedules for servers and company data internally and monitoring the off-side backup.
• Configuring and administrating all new servers, hardware and software needed for future expanding.
• Monitoring our internet connection and servers stability during the off days.
Skills
• University Graduate
• Proficiency in English
• Very good computer skills (outlook, word, and excel)
• Very good communication skills
• Very good organizational skills
