IT Team Leader

Job Description

Manage Jeddah IT team on day-to-day support by coordinating with global Infrastructure team.

Analyze, design, plan, and configure changes resulting from new company requirements, system enhancements, and additional country implementation projects.

Manage the backup and restore process. Manage and design the data security model. Manage data storage needs.

Actively pursue the improvement of all aspects of server, network security and architecture.

Provide technical support for continuous operation of Network.

Maintain and troubleshoot the Network and isolate problems in Serial WAN Connectivity in Cisco Routers.

Work with Business to understand their IT requirements and coordinating with various IT teams to deliver requested solution.

Following strict operating processes and procedures as it relates to network operations & Perform other duties as required.

Skills

Demonstrate ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical professionals and internal clients to understand business processes and determine requirements
Demonstrated ability to create and manage a project budget and project schedule for multiple projects simultaneously
Must be organized, motivated, reliable, and responsible
A strong sense of responsibility and initiative, strong desire to learn and improve
Ability to prioritize and multitask, willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry knowledge .
Knowledge and skills on Microsoft Operating systems Server pool.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, prioritize and organize tasks carefully and accurately
Considerable current MS Windows experience.
Basic programming skills, including Visual Basic, HTML and Command Line.
Broad technical knowledge and understanding of LAN/WAN and client/server computing environments.
Considerable experience in the support of a medium to large server installation.
Exposure to SAP environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop new and innovative solutions to problem resolution and system/infrastructure design.
Ability to seek and solve root causes when dealing with IT problems.

Education

Engineering/ Bachelor/ Master degree BSC/MSC/BE/MCA
