Job Description
ITIL Process Manager. My client a fast growing and leading IT service provider in Infrastructure and Data centres require a ITIL Process Manager with V2 and preferably V3 to work across the business units to identify, design, analyse and develop processes in line with the business and technology requirements. At this level the position requires knowledge across multiple platforms, processes, and architectures but with a strong emphasis on Data centres/centers and Infrastructure. This role would be an excellent fit for someone who is ISO qualified, with significant experience or qualification in ITIL. Your skills will encompass requirements management/analysis, problem identification, business modelling, and process design ideally in IT services organisation.
