Job Description

Jubail University College invites suitably qualified MALE candidates to apply for the positions of Assistant Professor in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. These subjects would be taught as part of the following majors: Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration and MIS.

JUC is located in coastal Jubail Industrial City, the heart of the prosperous Eastern province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. English is the medium of instruction at the university. Skills

1. Two years post Phd undergraduate teaching experience with the following areas:

•Mathematics: Calculus I-III, Elements of Differential Equations, Linear Algebra & Differential Equations, Math for Management, Statistical Methods for Management, Probability and Statistics

1. Two years post Phd undergraduate teaching experience with the following areas:

•Physics: General Physics I & II (only Phd Degree holders)

•Chemistry: General Chemistry and Environmental Chemistry. (only Phd Degree holders)

2. Minimum required teaching experience for PhD candidate is 2 years and Masters is 4 years at University level. Only candidate meeting the minimum experience will be contacted.

3. Professional experience in curriculum development.

4. Proficiency in oral and written English and computer literacy.

5. Applicants with administrative and leadership experience in an academic setting would be preferred.


Candidates not meeting experience requirement need not to apply.

Preference would be given to PhD holders, only applicant with relevant teaching experience will be considered. Fresh Phds with two years undergraduate teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
