Strive to meet daily, weekly and monthly vehicle sales quotas by assisting customers in demonstrating vehicle features, driving experiences to achieve customer satisfaction.
Assist customers who enter the dealership, answer their questions and help them select vehicles that are suited to their needs ¨
Follow company’s sales procedure in selling vehicles to prospective customers.¨
Sell a minimum number of vehicles based on targets defined by Showroom Manager¨
Explain product features, performance and benefits to prospects and describe add-on optional features and equipment available for customers¨
Coordinate with showroom support staff for all key stages of the sales process from vehicle booking to delivery¨
Ensure that the customer understands all the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork while giving delivery of vehicle¨
Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories available and translate their benefits to customers ¨
Assist colleagues and foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration¨
Contribute to the department’s development by providing timely suggestions and feedback.¨
Make requisite attempts to handle customer complaints in a prompt and effective manner and as per company policies and practices and escalate cases to his/her superior if required.
·Diploma In Automobile Engineering or Bachelor Degree (12th Standard + 3 year degree) and 2 years of Automobile Sales Experience
Pre-Degree (12th, Standard with 03 Years of Automobile Sales Experience).·
Good in Problem Solving, Result Orientation, Customer Care, Team Work·
Must posses good Interpersonal & communication skills, Bilinguals (Arabic & English) will be preferred·
Must posses high business etiquette and caring brand image with appropriate selling skills·
GCC Valid Driving License will have an added advantage
