To provide financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective,
efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.
To carry out routine data entry tasks related to Accounts Receivables transactions
according to the ATS Policies and Procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Book-Keeping & Accounting
Enter and post cash collection batches.
Enter and post credit notes batches.
Prepare / generate reports of Accounts receivables from the system.
Maintenance of receipts and credit notes control system.
Printing of monthly statement of accounts of customers from the system.
Filing and Record Maintenance
Maintain accounts receivable customer files.
Maintain and track inventory of pre-printed office material such as receipt books,
credit notes books, DCA books, Goods Collection Notes books etc.
Maintain filing of all finance related documents.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures.
Knowledge of accounts receivables.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial
Time management skills.
Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting,
spreadsheet and word-processing programs, and email at a highly proficient level.
A recognized academic qualification.
