Job Introduction:

(KAUST) King Abdullah University of Science and Technology Project Leader

Thuwal city 80 kilometers north of Jeddah

Responsible for the delivery of high quality service to KAUST & KAUST security department including UIS and stakeholders relationships

Perform and manage the HR process for almajal G4S & client approval in accordance with SLL/Contract terms & conditions.
Role Responsibility:

Responsible for the delivery of high quality service to KAUST & KAUST security department including UIS and stakeholders relationships.
Available 6 days per week 0800 - 1700 and irregular long hours if required.
Available to the client 24 hours by phone, and to direct and control deployments.
Responsible to KAUST 24 hours for the safe & efficient movement & supervision of almajal G4S personnel in security, K9 & admin, vehicles and equipment.
Administer the overall activities of almajal G4S personnel and ensure that contract terms & conditions are complied with, such as:
Medical certificates & qualification certificates.
Maintenance, inspection & registration of all vehicles (Patrol, K9, Admin, transport).
Ensure almajal G4S personnel are performing their work as contracted.
Wearing correct uniform, KAUST ID and safety equipment as required.
Report all accidents & violations.
Ensure all drivers have a valid SAG license.
Ensure availability of tools and equipment required.
Safe guard KAUST provided materials.
Ensure almajal G4S staff does not remain inside KAUST outside of contracted hours.
Provide a manning strategy & presentations to be updated.
Manage the services for; Staff, Vehicles, equipment, Segways, K9 welfare & training.
Establish and control the guarding process according to policies and general accepted industry standards and procedures.
Responsible for the welfare and motivation of the guard force.
Maintains financial discipline and control and keep operational expenses low.
Maintains a high level of discipline with sound decisions when deciding to submit a name for termination or with serious offences.
Administer the operations process and keep appropriate records.

Investigates incidents of poor discipline, criminal charges brought against guards.

Completes all site documents in orderly and neat manner.

Signs off the attendance register on shift basis and ensures that attendance registers are sent to HQ on time.

Liaise with outside contractors and providers to meet the contract needs in particular for K9 welfare, Itemisor management and hire vehicles.

Skills

Education

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field, Master degree is preferred
