HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants and Cafés)
Job summary:
- Develop / secure new business opportunities with individual accounts within the territory/Market and grow specific key accounts by developing and negotiating business plans supported with performance related Customer Development Agreements to profitably grow volume and share within the key accounts/channel
Principle accountabilities:
Working with the Key Account Manager to Develop Account Plans
- Work with the key accounts manager to develop account specific business plans and measure performance against set standards (presence, product, promotions and pricing).
- Sell targeted new accounts
- Identify and lock potential new accounts
- Establish/ negotiate and lock plans into Customer Development Agreement inline with company policies and budget
- Complete all customer wiring contacts at appropriate frequency
- Obtain best selling position in all the accounts
- Coordinate execution and equipment deliveries for new and assigned accounts.
- Communicate standards and customer commitments to the field and follow-up implementation
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coverage of HoReCa universe in the territory (defined as Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, ). This entails good knowledge of all HoReCa covered by the company and competitors in terms of strengths, target customers, segment… etc. to activate and retain accounts in HoReCa.
- Contribute to planning and execution of all merchandizing and marketing related activities in HoReCa accounts in order to achieve marketing objectives.
- Ensure timely checkup and maintenance on all displays, dispensers, shelves, stands and any other merchandising equipment. Ensure timely supply to all accounts in coordination with sales.
- Establish close contact and rapport with HoReCa owners, employees and customers to assist in meeting Company's objectives in terms of promotion programs, sales, SOM and market information.
- Gather and disseminate accurate and timely market and intelligence information on the company and competitors activities in HoReCa.
