Job Description
1. Provider responsive personal service to assigned clients, providing product information, renewal quotations, following up on claims, and receiving complaints.
2. Interpret client requests to identify appropriate insurance products, and gather information from the appropriate teams to respond to client queries.
3. Pro actively identify promotions and products relevant to each client and communicate these opportunities to clients.
4. Request renewal quotations and attend meetings with clients to ensure renewed contracts continue to meet client needs.
