UAE Key Account Manager (Hospitality/Retail) –
Professional Systems Division (PSD)


This individual must be able to execute the PSD sales plans for the Hospitality and Retail market to achieve the short, medium and long term financial and market targets. Generate leads, meet customers, prepare & present proposals, close business to generate revenues.


Responsibilities & Expectations:
•Prepare the assigned territory PSD annual and multi year budget in consultation with the UAE PSD Sales Manager, Finance and Sales Operation
•Deliver the target numbers for the division in terms of sales and profits
•Present the division’s reporting to the UAE PSD Sales Manager on monthly basis along with projected business outlook
•Manage relationships with the Hospitality and Retail Accounts as a long-term business by getting involved at the strategic planning levels.
•Map the Hospitality and Retail landscape, size the market opportunities and prioritize key targets in the assigned territory
•Possess high knowledge of competitive offerings and activities in the market and their impact on Bose Corporation

Operational:
•Use the appropriate systems to plan, track and measure PSD sales and operational performance sot that management is equipped with the tools and data needed to make strategic and/or tactical businesses decisions.
•Provide a weekly status report summarizing the group’s activity at all levels
•To implement and participate account management best practices in other customer segments

Skills

Experience:
•4-6 years of Key Account Management (KAM) work experience including a minimum of 2 years in international level role in the UAE
•Successful sales track record
•Direct experience in solutions selling in the hospitality and retail markets selling products such as building controls, HVAC equipment or elevators.
•Fluent in English, some Arabic desired

Education

Bachelors degree in engineering and MBA preferred
