We are currently looking to recruit  Lube Technicians to join our team based in Sharjah. 

A Lube Technician is in charge of ensuring that a vehicle works properly. To carry out all lube services such as oil change, checking oil levels in cars, windshield wiper fluid, brake fluid and engine coolant.  Lube technicians are experts on how much of each fluid a vehicle needs for peak performance.



To ensure the implementation of standard operating procedures to achieve Fix it Right which is the foundation of achieving business objective of customer delight and a market leader.

Skills

Experience:


Suitable candidates should have the following qualifications, knowkedge and experience:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:   High School Graduate and Technical School Graduate

Minimum Experience:   1-2  Years in reputable Lube Workshop/Automotive Company or of similar field

Job-Specific Skills:  Can perform lube services including checking of all vehicle fluids of a vehicle. Should read, understand and write English well enough to follow mandated trainings.

Behavioural Competencies: Communication Skills, Customer Oriented, People Skills.
